Job Summary
Process repo and reverse repo transactions across confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations. Validate trade economics, collateral allocations, and netted settlements with clients and counterparties. Perform daily confirmations for collateral and cash providers, confirm netted settlements and wire instructions before execution, and monitor onside/offside settlements. Track incoming/outgoing wires, execute FICC netting validation, and identify settlement failures or pricing issues. Support TMPG claims tracking and reporting while ensuring zero discrepancy positions in DDA balances.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced person (minimum 10+ years)
- deep knowledge of repo, collateral, and settlement operations
- strong risk & control mindset
- Proven ability to manage global stakeholders, lead teams, and drive process efficiency and operational excellence
- Strong Communication Skills ( Written/Verbal )
- Knowledge of repo/reverse repo or secured financing products
- Good understanding of Repo settlement flows and processing high value payments
- MBA
- B.Com
- MS Excel and other tools
- Flexible to work in EMEA and NA (incl 8PM IST logins)
