Secured Financing Operations Vice President

Secured Financing Operations Vice President leading the daily processing of secured financing activities (Repo/Reverse Repo, triparty, margin calls, coupon processing), collateral management, and risk/control frameworks. You will oversee trade capture, settlement, reconciliation, and lifecycle events; optimize collateral usage; ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness; partner with Front Office, Risk, Treasury, and Technology; drive process improvements and strategic transformations; and coach a global operations team and AVPs to enhance efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigation in alignment with State Street’s objectives.
