Job Summary
Shred, sort, and dismantle all collected materials while adhering to strict confidentiality and safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service and perform assigned housekeeping duties within warehouse workflows. Maintain equipment and follow all safety protocols, wearing personal protective equipment in designated areas at all times. Move up to 50 pounds unassisted and 100 pounds with assistance, frequently handling two 500-pound totes while standing for long periods. Complete the 12-week Vocational Training & Empowerment Course and demonstrate the ability to remain focused in a busy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Move up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Move 100 pounds assisted
- Stand for long periods of time
- Must frequently pull or push two totes that can weigh up to 500 lbs each
- Ability to remain focused in busy environment
- Courteous communication and excellent customer service
- Ability to manipulate hand tools and small objects
- Personal protective equipment must be worn in designated areas at all times
- Follow all safety protocols as trained
