Job Summary
Superintendent will lead field staff on a project in the DC market and nationwide footprint, supervising carpenters, laborers, and subcontractors to ensure work is built per plans and specs; manages material, tools/equipment, information, and staffing on site; handles all project-related correspondence and forms (daily reports, time sheets, safety reports, accident reports); directs subcontractors and schedules work to align with the project schedule; engages with clients and client leadership on updates and challenges; supports SCIF projects with TEMPEST requirements and ICD/ICS 705 guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years experience as lead superintendent on SCIF, commercial interior, retail, renovation projects
- Experience in SCIF construction: knowledge of TEMPEST requirements
- Expertise in secure facility construction and working knowledge of ICD/ICS 705 guidelines
- High school diploma and two years of college preferred; or equivalent years of experience required
