Job Summary
Secure Facility Project Manager responsible for overseeing the construction lifecycle for SCIF, commercial interior, and renovation projects. Serves as main client contact, coordinating project organization, implementation, and completion, and supervising training and development of direct reports. Requires expertise in secure facility construction, TEMPEST requirements, ICD/ICS 705, Procore Project/Financial Management, and Microsoft Project with strong budgeting and contract understanding. Based in the DC market with duties in the Alexandria, VA office, contributing to nationwide projects and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring adherence to security and project-management best practices.
Required Qualifications
- A four year degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
- Experience as project manager on SCIF, commercial interior, retail, renovation projects
- Success in SCIF construction; knowledge of TEMPEST requirements
- Expertise in secure facility construction and experience with ICD/ICS 705 guidelines
- Procore modules mastery including Project Management and Financial Management tools
- Microsoft Project mastery and understanding of schedule changes
