Job Summary
Secure Residential Support Worker at Swanwick Lodge (weekends) providing therapeutic parenting and role-model support to up to ten children with complex needs in a secure residential setting. Weekend shifts are 17 hours per weekend with start times 07:30–16:00 and 14:00–22:30 across Saturdays and Sundays (including bank holidays). Join an on-site education and health and wellbeing team, with training provided and opportunities for ongoing development. The role emphasizes patience, emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to maintain a structured, caring environment and safeguarding of children. Sponsorship is not offered; applicants must have the right to work in the UK and will undergo a Criminal Records Check.
