Job Summary
The Vice President Energy and TMT & Healthcare Sectors role at ING requires execution of new project finance transactions, collaborating with sector coverage professionals, and managing the loan underwriting process. Key responsibilities include underwriting and legal documentation for new finance transactions, initial deal screening and risk return analysis, industry and market analysis, and preparing financial models. The candidate should possess a Master’s degree, strong financial and credit analysis skills, and in-depth knowledge of the Energy and TMT&H finance market. Additional competencies include excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant project/corporate finance experience in Energy and Technologies-Media-Telecom & Healthcare sectors
Desired Qualifications
- Strong financial and credit analysis capabilities
- Financial modeling capabilities, including strong Excel skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Energy and TMT&H finance market
- Ability to develop and mentor junior staff members
- Excellent presentation and written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent language skills in French and English, any additional strong language considered a plus
