Job Summary
Aggreko seeks Sector Sales Specialist - Oil & Gas in Doha to lead new business prospecting and existing account growth within a defined sales plan. Responsibilities include targeting, developing and acquiring customers, meeting and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs, pricing third-party costs (fuel, freight & rehire), maintaining CRM/CPQ compliance, and delivering proposals with technical and commercial details. The role requires a commercially astute technical sales professional with a track record of exceeding sales targets, the ability to build strong customer relationships, and a Qatar driving license. Fluency in English is required.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualification in sales or in a technical discipline OR Minimum 5 years of successful high-level sales experience in the industrial services environment
- Qatar driving license
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English
- Experience with CRM and CPQ processes (Salesforce)
- Experience selling capital equipment or technical/engineering solutions or services (Solution Selling)
- Proven track record in delivering results against targets
