Job Summary
Deliver professional food and beverage service to the highest standards while managing a designated service section across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and event services. Provide menu explanations and confident wine and food pairing recommendations; build positive guest relationships and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen, bar, reservations, and management teams, maintain venue presentation and cleanliness, follow Responsible Service of Alcohol procedures, and support with table resetting and venue preparation. Requires Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalent and 1–3 years of relevant premium-dining experience, fluent English, NSW RSA certificate, and full Australian working rights.
Required Qualifications
