Job Summary
Section Waiter at Marmelo: manage your own section, provide efficient and attentive service, take orders and deliver food and beverages with confidence, maintain cleanliness and presentation of your section, collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow, and handle guest queries professionally. Requires exceptional customer service, strong communication, polished demeanour, proficiency in wine service and understanding of food and beverage pairings, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have a valid Victorian RSA.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fine dining establishment or hatted restaurant is preferred.
