Job Summary
Greet and seat guests, accurately take food and beverage orders, and communicate them to kitchen staff while noting any allergies or dietary needs. Provide attentive service including refilling beverages, replacing dining ware, and conducting in-meal check-ins. Make menu recommendations and address guest service issues promptly by communicating them to management. Complete cleaning tasks in both the Front of House and Back of House as required. This role supports a new and growing F&B business, potentially requiring travel to other locations or overseeing in-store and off-site events.
Required Qualifications
- Open & flexible availability, including but not limited to evenings, overnights, and weekends as well as Holidays
- Availability to consistently work weekends, special projects, drops/releases or as the business' needs require
- Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety certification or equivalent
- 1+ years of serving experience in an elevated dining environment
- 1+ years in a guest facing F&B environment
- Ability to lift and move 25lbs
- Ability to perform standard tasks that are related to retail operations including but not limited to, bending, twisting, and climbing ladders/step stools
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
