Job Summary
Section Manager responsible for overseeing a subset of sales and operations activities, managing the unit’s service offer and business plan, developing talent and driving results, and ensuring member/client satisfaction. Requires supporting the immediate supervisor with work organization and operational planning, defining and implementing the unit’s action plans aligned with organizational strategy, establishing management and communication practices for change management, talent attraction/retention, skills development, and engagement, promoting Desjardins’ cooperative values, continuously improving processes, and delivering reports. Role is described as hybrid at Desjardins, with competitive salary, annual bonus, pension, and benefits depending on eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Six years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French required
