Job Summary
Lead a team of IPT Leaders within the Strike Initiatives SSBU, establishing measurable goals and overseeing direct line management for communication, performance impact, and talent acquisition. Maintain program position as an IPT Lead while supporting department hiring, program staffing, and employee feedback initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and handle personnel issue resolution, dedicating approximately 15% of time to Section Leader duties alongside existing IPT Lead responsibilities. This onsite role in Tucson, AZ, requires an active Secret clearance and 10+ years of STEM experience, with a salary range of $132,400 to $251,600.
Required Qualifications
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum of 10 years of prior experience
- Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) experience within ASDS EET
- 100% onsite in Tucson, AZ
Desired Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with team leadership
- Experience with the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar budget tracking system
- Experience with Raytheon's Proposal Capture Process (development of Basis of Estimates, etc.)
