Job Summary
Lead early childhood education at the Schwartz Early Childhood School at the SJCC, fostering secure, confident, and creative thinkers through a Reggio Emilia-inspired, social constructivist approach. Deliver exceptional support to children while maintaining strong emotional responsiveness and a collaborative, customer-centric attitude. Sequence objectives among competing priorities and multi-task effectively within a team environment that offers mentorship, weekly planning time, and monthly reflective supervision. Work independently and as part of a community of passionate educators committed to the best interests of young children. Full-time position with a Washington State pay range of $23 to $26 per hour.
