Job Summary
Provide administrative and clerical support to the organization. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, answering/directing phone calls and emails, preparing and organizing files and documentation, drafting letters/reports/minutes, coordinating meetings, maintaining office supplies, and supporting day-to-day operations. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, strong communication and organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, and a commitment to professional, customer-focused service. Remote work from South Africa with US working hours (9 am–5 pm EST).
Required Qualifications
- Previous administrative, secretarial, or office support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
