Job Summary
Secretary, Programs at the Inland Empire Job Corps Center in San Bernardino, CA. You’ll perform clerical and administrative duties in compliance with government and management directives, including handling telephone calls and visitors, calendar management, liaison between the director and staff, correspondence control, mail management, travel arrangements, typing, records maintenance, reports, SOP updates, and customer service to students and staff. Must maintain an orderly work area, support student employability programs, promote zero tolerance policy, and help enforce career-success standards. Requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of secretarial experience, strong written/verbal communication, computer proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.
