Job Summary

Provide daily administrative support to the F&B Division, coordinate meetings with outlets and departments, manage attendance and leave records, prepare contracts and monitor contract durations, handle office supplies requisitions and deliveries, and assist in visa applications for guest Chefs/Bartenders. Requires a Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or Business Administration and at least 3 years of administrative/secretarial experience in the hotel/private club industry. Proficiency in MS Office and strong English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) skills are required. The role is based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong with full-time responsibilities and a commitment to equal opportunity employment.

Required Qualifications

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
  • At least 3 years of administrative or secretarial experience, preferably in the Hotel / Private Club Industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
