SECONDARY TEACHER - CTE: IBCA / BCA

Plan, organize, and implement an instructional program using Board-approved curriculum guides, lesson plans, and varied techniques to stimulate student learning and meet individual needs. Establish learning objectives aligned to state standards, differentiate assignments, and provide frequent teacher-made tests to evaluate pupil progress. Maintain classroom control through positive discipline techniques, orderly routines for roll checks and collections, and a clean, organized environment. Supervise students during all activities, including recess, lunch, assemblies, and field trips with proper chaperoning and parent consent. Fulfill administrative duties by attending faculty meetings, IEP conferences, parent-teacher conferences, and school board committees. Complete required records, reports, and attendance logs promptly while collaborating with colleagues and departments.
