Job Summary
Develop and adapt curriculum materials aligned with state standards while delivering engaging CTE instruction through live sessions and recorded activities. Design, administer, and assess student assignments, projects, and exams, providing timely feedback to support career readiness. Foster an inclusive virtual learning environment by utilizing multimedia resources and project-based learning strategies to meet diverse student needs. Maintain regular communication with families regarding progress and offer additional academic support as required. Stay current on curriculum updates and participate in professional development to strengthen instructional practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience teaching Education & Training or working in education, instructional leadership, teacher preparation, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of career pathways related to education, training, child development, instructional practices, and leadership
- Demonstrated competency in delivering career-focused, project-based instruction
- Commitment to data-driven instructional practices and student success
- Proven experience working independently with minimal supervision, including the ability to manage a digital task list and maintain a stable remote (home-office) infrastructure
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience using the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) in a professional or academic setting
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas via written channels (Email, Google Chat, and Document Comments) with high clarity and low ambiguity
- Access to a private, secure, high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Valid teaching license or Career and Technical Education (CTE) authorization appropriate for teaching Education & Training in Arizona or Tennessee, or eligibility to obtain appropriate licensure before employment
