Job Summary
Coordinate restorative justice programs and lead school-wide restorative practices. Investigate and document behavioral incidents, facilitate reentry meetings for students returning from suspension or absence, track behavior data, and collaborate with administration, counseling staff, and families to implement interventions and student support plans. Lead restorative circles, peer mediations, and reflective conversations to promote empathy, accountability, and relationship-centered discipline. Maintain a strong, visible presence throughout the school day to support safety, culture, and family engagement. On-site role at Kairos Academies in St. Louis, MO; requires high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred) and ability to pass background checks; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and student information systems; 7:30 AM–4:30 PM schedule with occasional evenings or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience working with youth in schools, counseling, or community-based programs.
- Familiarity with restorative practices, de-escalation, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and student information systems.
- Eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. and able to pass background checks.
