Job Summary
As a Secondary Paraprofessional, provide targeted literacy and/or mathematics interventions to eligible students under the direction of a highly qualified classroom teacher, delivering small-group or one-on-one instructional support; collect and record student progress data to inform instructional decisions; support the classroom and school-wide systems; assist with routines such as check-in/check-out, supervision during lunch and recess, and collaboration with teachers and building administrators to monitor student progress and participate in Title I activities and professional development. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and meeting federal Paraprofessional requirements (ParaPro assessment, associate degree, or 60+ college credits); experience with children in educational settings is preferred; strong interpersonal skills and commitment to supporting students’ academic and social-emotional needs. Salary is defined by the PESPA Bargaining Agreement and duties may include a range of instructional and school-support tasks as directed by certified staff.
Required Qualifications

- Highly Qualified paraprofessional requirements as defined by federal guidelines (ETS ParaPro Assessment, associate degree, or 60+ college credits)
