Oversee Secondary Packaging operations by leading changeovers, troubleshooting major machine issues, and performing root cause analysis to implement corrective actions. Control multiple lines efficiently while ensuring productivity goals are met, assisting with cleaning, adjustments, and preventive maintenance. Document machine startup settings in maintenance logs and verify batch record signatures. Train new hires, manage personnel schedules, and enforce GMP standards across all packaging configurations. Cover for absent supervisors and adapt to shifting organizational demands. Adhere to safety protocols including wearing protective equipment while performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
