Secondary Operations Technician - 3rd shift

Secondary Operations Technician on 3rd shift responsible for mixing ink and basic setup of pad printing equipment, troubleshooting to maintain part quality, assisting with consumables inventory, identifying process-improvement opportunities, coaching and training teammates to meet part specifications, staging/setup/cleanup/line clearances for secondary equipment, and performing multiple secondary operations (Assembly, Sonic Welding, Heat staking, Hot stamping, Milling, and pad printing) at acceptable rates and quality. Requires high school diploma or GED, self-motivation with minimal supervision, strong attention to detail, and basic knowledge of blueprints; experience with pad printing equipment setup/troubleshooting is preferred. Knowledge of ISO 13485:2003 & 9001:2008 and Good Documentation Practices is expected, along with good written and verbal communication skills. Shift: 10:30 pm – 7:00 am, Sunday to Thursday. Physical demands include lifting up to 30 pounds and varied vision requirements. On-site in Menomonie, WI.
