Job Summary
Director, Financial Operations & Client Support provides strategic and operational decision support to the Senior Leadership for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across designated areas. Leads review, analysis and validation of KPIs and ensures alignment of resource allocation with organizational priorities. Advises on operational risks, communicates financial issues to leadership, and oversees financial operations and client support teams to support governance, compliance, and performance improvement in a health-care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline
- minimum of ten (10) years' recent, related experience in a progressively senior financial planning and business support role
- Certified Professional Accountant designation, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
