Job Summary
Lead clinical initiatives across Mental Health, Substance Use, Primary Care Strategy, Seniors Health and Community Virtual Care, coordinating strategic service improvements and developing/implementing education, change management and training strategies to support clinicians and staff. Establish strong partnerships with operations and medical leaders for (re)development of clinical processes, care delivery and procedure changes, while advancing quality improvement through project management and stakeholder engagement. Travel may be required; a valid BC driver's license is required. Demonstrated leadership, organizational and communication skills, and commitment to person-focused services and cultural safety are essential. Master’s-level education and 7+ years of related clinical experience are preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to lead cross-departmental initiatives are important.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing, Allied Health Sciences or other relevant clinical discipline
- Seven (7) years' recent, related experience providing clinical services
- Valid BC Driver's License
