Job Summary
Responsible for executing preparation and finishing operations on assigned work orders with precision and efficiency, including painting, boxing, broaching, balancing, and key-seating of components. Tasks involve pulling raw materials and stick stock, measuring and cutting materials to specified lengths using a cut-off saw, inspecting materials against technical prints, and ensuring work aligns with quality standards. Must maintain safety, operate with attention to detail, and work independently or in a team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Starting pay not less than $20.80/hour, with increases during a training period and a 3rd shift differential of $2.75/hr; shift is 8pm-6am Sunday night through Wednesday night.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Crane operation experience preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment required
- Familiarity with basic hand tools, measuring instruments, and machine operation required
- Vocational or technical training in manufacturing, machining, or industrial technology preferred
