Job Summary
Provide high-quality instruction in IB Business and Computer Science across two campuses within Utica Community Schools; split between the IB program and another secondary school, requiring travel between locations. Must meet Michigan CTE teaching certificate requirements or be eligible for an Annual Career Authorization with 4,000 hours of relevant industry experience. Ability or willingness to teach AP Computer Science; IB experience and AP training preferred. Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, parents and the community; leverage educational technology to support instruction and student achievement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Michigan CTE teaching certificate in Business, Finance or Marketing
- OR eligible to obtain an Annual Career Authorization, which requires documentation of at least 4,000 hours of relevant industry experience
