Job Summary
Educational Leader at HOPE Community Academy to drive instructional excellence across PreK-12 by leading a high-impact teacher workforce, coaching, and data-informed decision making. Responsible for aligning curriculum with HOPE's academic vision, managing day-to-day instructional strategies, supervising instructional coaches and program supports (SPED, Title, ELL), and partnering with the CAO and CIO to ensure effective operations and scholar outcomes. Focus areas include culturally responsive practices, data analysis using EDUClimber and related dashboards, and collaboration with families and staff to close achievement gaps while maintaining a positive school environment across a multi-level campus.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in education is highly desirable, but not required.
- Seven (7) years of experience in a school setting, especially in a leadership role and/or classroom teaching experience.
- Demonstrated record of improving student achievement outcomes, particularly for diverse and multilingual learners.
- Strong knowledge of Minnesota Academic Standards, MCA/FastBridge assessment systems, and MDE compliance requirements.
- Experience with EDUClimber, FASTBridge, or similar data platforms.
- Experience with Hmong language programs, bilingual education, or multilingual learner programming preferred.
- Exceptional instructional coaching, data analysis, and curriculum development skills.
- Deep commitment to educational equity, cultural responsiveness, and HOPE's mission and strategic priorities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and community-engagement skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with scholars, families, and staff of diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
