Secondary Education Teacher - English

Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction in English, math, science, or social studies while creating meaningful learning experiences that prepare students for college and careers. Develop units, lessons, labs, and projects integrating real-world applications; provide timely feedback and use assessment data to differentiate instruction and design interventions. Maintain accurate grades and attendance records for state reporting, supervise students during instructional time and activities, and collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and assessments. Communicate clearly with families through conferences and digital platforms, participate in IEP meetings and professional learning communities, and serve as a club advisor or mentor when applicable. Requires a valid South Carolina Secondary teaching credential and a bachelor's degree with educator preparation completion.
