Job Summary
Secondary Education Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager in London focused on owning a portfolio of London secondary schools. You will place supply teachers, cover supervisors, and teaching assistants into secondary schools on a daily and short-term basis, manage relationships with headteachers and SLT/operations managers, and develop new secondary school business within the London region. You will collaborate with a resourcing function to maintain talent pipelines and leverage a platform-led model that automates candidate availability, compliance, and booking, allowing you to focus on billing activity. The role operates on a 4/1 hybrid schedule with hours from 7am to 5pm during term time (shorter in holidays). Required Qualifications
- Proven experience running a temporary education recruitment desk, placing supply teachers, cover supervisors, or teaching assistants into schools
- Track record of building and managing secondary school client relationships at leadership level
- Fluency with ATS and CRM tools as part of daily workflow
- Ability to operate a 7am desk during term time
