The role balances technical precision with holistic student development, performing meticulous academic audits and coordinating dual-credit schedules to keep students on a manageable path toward their Associate Degree. They act as both logistical coordinator and professional mentor, bridging academic requirements with real-world readiness, with emphasis on strengthening the sophomore and junior years as a foundation for lifelong success. Key activities include Strategic Schedule Balancing, Academic Auditing, Associate Degree Tracking, Professional Skill Cultivation, Civic & Social Responsibility, and Direct Leadership Support.
