Job Summary
STAR Substitute provides day-to-day instruction, supervision, and operations support to Stone Mountain High School to ensure continuity of learning during the absence of school employees. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and orderly environment, following school policies, handling lunch and hall duties, processing necessary paperwork, and supporting rituals and routines while remaining on campus for the full workday.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree from a Georgia Professional Standards Commission-approved accredited college or university is required.
- Must be eligible for a Georgia Professional Standards Commission Clearance Certificate
- Must pass the GACE Educator Ethics test.
