Job Summary
Varsity Girls Soccer Head Coach at Martin L. King Jr. High School. Responsibilities include instructing athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training; assisting with game techniques and strategies; maintaining inventory of athletic equipment; ensuring first aid readiness; supervising staff of coaches and student managers; coordinating with the athletic director/principal; promoting good sportsmanship and character development; implementing approved athletic policies and procedures; and ongoing professional development through coaching clinics. Must hold a Georgia High School Association Lay Coaching Certificate and a valid first aid certificate. Education requirement is a high school diploma or GED; position is temporary with annual renewal.
