Job Summary
Operate and set up secondary machines and assemble metal fastener parts according to blueprints and shop orders on 1st shift; read blueprints and QC sheets; set up pneumatic and hydraulic presses; hand-assemble pins, lanyards, rings, or other metal parts; maintain expected production rates; adhere to safety and housekeeping practices; capable of repetitive motions and lifting up to 50 pounds; able to sit or stand for long periods; overtime as needed; must be 18+ and pass pre-hire and random drug testing; looking for solid, long-term, consistent work history; no 3rd party recruiters.
Required Qualifications
- Machine Set-Up experience
- 2+ years of experience in machine setups and assembly in a manufacturing environment
- experience with metal preferred
- read blueprints and QC sheets for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Must be 18+ and able to pass pre-hire and random drug testing
