The Secondaries & Liquidity Solutions Director or MD will play a critical role in Arena Investors' SLS strategy, focusing on secondary transactions to provide liquidity solutions. Responsibilities include driving the entire deal lifecycle, fostering collaboration with internal teams, mentoring junior members, and providing market intelligence. The ideal candidate should have approximately 10 to 15 years of experience in structured finance loan originations, a Master's degree preferred, and exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
