Job Summary
Oversee second shift warehouse operations, manage staffing and workload distribution, ensure accurate loading and two-signature validation of pick tickets, supervise forklift pre-shift checks, drive productivity, quality, and customer service, and coach staff to meet performance and safety standards. Lead process improvements, monitor performance, and report on warehouse activities and staff errors.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Proficiency with computers and Google Suite or Microsoft experience
- Proven Warehouse Supervisor experience
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of company software and warehouse
