Job Summary
Lead a specific area of responsibility within the Ship Center by clearly communicating daily goals and individual work assignments to your assigned team. Demonstrate a strong work ethic while coaching associates on established policies to maximize safe performance. Utilize RF devices and Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems to manage inventory and operations, applying basic math skills for all units of measure. Schedule runs Monday through Friday from 3:30pm to 12:00am with an hourly rate of $22. This hands-on leadership role supports Five Below's purpose of providing extreme value products across Candy, Style, Party, Room, Create, Tech, Sports, and New & Now worlds.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership responsibility for a group of direct reports/team
- Good communication skills
- Basic problem-solving skills, to determine root cause, and propose possible solution
- Ability to provide coaching and direction to associates in accordance with established policies and procedures with a focus on maximizing performance in a safe manner
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Experience using RF devices
- Good computer skills
- Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Crown equipment
