Job Summary
Second Shift Warehouse Associate responsible for verifying and signing shipments, unloading and storing items, processing returns, and preparing orders for transportation to stores and other locations. Duties include enforcing inventory controls, maintaining accurate stock levels, scanning labels to ensure correct destinations, keeping work areas tidy, training new employees, and providing customer-service oriented support. Requires forklift certification and a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, basic math and data-entry skills, and strong communication and organizational abilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Certified forklift
- Valid class “C” driver's license
- Experience in shipping, receiving, or selling related products
- Understanding security protocols and requirements
- Ability to work on feet for long hours
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills; both verbally and in writing
- Positive, detailed, customer-oriented attitude with good multitasking and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented mindset, data entry and computer skills
