Job Summary
IT Specialist on 2nd shift responsible for maintaining and supporting casino/hospitality technology across POS, hotel management platforms, and AV equipment. Perform IMACs, hardware/software diagnostics, and preventative maintenance; manage inventory; implement improvements and upgrades; provide responsive support via phone, email, and in person to ensure high user satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3–5 years IT support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent certification preferred
