Job Summary
Lead on-site oversight during evening operations for City Wide Facility Solutions as Second Shift Supervisor (Account Compliance Manager), inspecting independent contractor work, coordinating start-ups for new clients, and ensuring service quality while enforcing client procedures and safety standards. Act as the nightly point-of-contact, monitor IC performance, handle service escalations, and communicate with the Facility Solutions Manager about nightly activities and site issues. Adapt across environments (office and warehouse) and manage relationships with clients and ICs during 4pm-1am, Monday-Friday. Requires 3+ years in supervision/operations, HS diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with MS Office and mobile tools. Field-based role with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Compensation up to $44,000 yearly plus a $450 monthly vehicle allowance. City Wide is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in multi-site supervision, operations, or janitorial services management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lead and influence independent workers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile tech tools
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record
