Second Shift Production Supervisor

Communicate job expectations, plan, monitor, and appraise results while coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. Recruit, select, orient, and train staff; develop personal growth opportunities. Monitor process steps, set variables, observe control points, and implement cost reductions. Schedule personnel, assign work, establish priorities, and resolve problems to complete production plans. Enforce organization standards, call for equipment repairs, and evaluate new techniques. Compile and analyze production records to answer requests. Create and revise systems by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping, and budgetary requirements. Educate personnel on control points and equipment to maintain a safe, clean environment. Requires high school diploma, manufacturing leadership experience, MS Office/ERP proficiency, and self-motivation.
