Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members into the system, and taking new member tours. Facilitate account updates and respond to member questions or concerns, elevating issues to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and ensure a positive, energetic environment for all visitors. This role offers free black card membership, mentorship, and ongoing leadership training within a culture focused on personal development.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
- Basic computer proficiency
