Job Summary
Set up and calibrate machines according to production specifications and work orders. Operate machinery safely and efficiently to produce parts within quality standards while monitoring functions and making adjustments as necessary. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning to prevent malfunctions, and identify or report mechanical issues and safety hazards to supervisors promptly. Maintain accurate production records and document deviations during the shift. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while adhering to all company safety policies. Work the second shift consistently in a safe, OSHA-recognized environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery or similar equipment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Ability to work the second shift hours consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
