Job Summary
Supervise patients during residential activities including meals, school programming, and recreation while ensuring daily safety and compliance. Aid in training new Recovery Support Professionals, model appropriate interactions, and lead the team by example. Document incident reports, meal counts, and daily logs; coordinate medication control, drug screenings, and patient transportation. Monitor bedrooms, lounges, and laundry rooms for cleanliness and safety, communicating facility maintenance needs to the Director of Operations. Act as staff backup for illness or vacations to handle immediate coverage needs. Full-time role with evening, overnight, and weekend differentials; starting pay $19.85/hour plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and retirement.
Required Qualifications
