Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities including answering phones, checking IDs and barcodes, and assisting with new member sign-ups and club tours. Facilitate account updates, respond to member concerns, and report broken amenities or equipment to the Club Manager. Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors, stock supplies, and monitor club safety throughout the 2pm to 10pm shift. This role requires one weekend day per week with a base pay of $13.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Punctuality and reliability
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
