Second Shift CNA Needed For Long-Term Care Facility

Job Summary
Care for assigned residents in a long-term care facility by providing daily living assistance, including bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing. Monitor and record vital signs, assist with transfers and range-of-motion exercises, and support psychosocial needs. Prepare meals and dining experiences, maintain clean living areas, and document care interactions and wellness program participation. Communicate resident condition changes to the charge nurse and adhere to infection control policies. Full-time evening shift with a $5,000 sign-on bonus available. CNA certification required or enrollment in a training program mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing
- state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement
- CNA training and certification
- Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing
- maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year
- motor vehicle driver
Desired Qualifications
- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
