Job Summary
Perform evening site visits to ensure compliance with account scope of work and company policies. Manage inspections, address complaints, and oversee new client starts to maintain satisfaction. Build relationships with independent contractors by communicating priorities and collaborating on solutions. Communicate daily with the Facility Services Manager regarding issues requiring immediate attention. Ensure adherence to client policies, approved cleaning tools, and proper equipment use. Requires reliable transportation, a driver's license, and ability to drive at night. Must attend a two-week daytime training period prior to the evening shift.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken skills in a non-English language
- High School diploma
- experience in commercial janitorial services industry
