Job Summary
Conduct evening site visits to ensure compliance with account scope of work, company policies, and approved cleaning tools. Manage inspections, address complaints, and oversee new client starts while maintaining relationships with independent contractors. Review client contracts to verify work expectations and communicate daily with the Facility Services Manager regarding issues. Drive within a localized territory and perform nightly recaps via email or phone. Requires fluent Spanish or Portuguese, a driver's license, and availability for a two-week daytime training period.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken skills in a non-English language
- High School diploma
