Second Shift Cleaning Supervisor - Groveport

Conduct evening site visits to ensure compliance with account scope of work and company policies. Manage inspections, address complaints, and oversee new client starts to maintain satisfaction levels. Build relationships with independent contractors by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solutions. Communicate with the Facility Services Manager daily regarding immediate issues, including nightly recaps via email or phone. Ensure adherence to client policies, approved cleaning tools, and proper equipment usage. Requires fluent English (Spanish/Portuguese preferred), a driver's license for localized territory driving, and availability for a two-week daytime training period prior to the evening shift.
