Second Shift Cleaning Supervisor - Delaware

Conduct evening site visits to ensure compliance with account scope of work and company policies while managing inspections, addressing complaints, and overseeing new client starts. Build strong relationships with Independent Contractors by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solutions. Review client contracts to verify work expectations are met and maintain daily communication with the Facility Services Manager regarding issues requiring immediate attention. Ensure adherence to client policies, approved cleaning tools, and equipment usage. Drive within a localized territory during an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday. Fluently speak and write in Spanish or Portuguese, with a high school diploma or equivalent janitorial experience required.
